UNISEX MIZUNO WAVE RIDER 30 RUNNING SHOES
The WAVE RIDER 30 is the 30th anniversary edition of Mizuno's classic everyday training shoe. It features a newly upgraded midsole structure and a full-length Wave Plate, delivering a smoother, more natural, and seamless "Cruise-like" running feel. Weight transfer from heel to toe is more fluid, providing a stable and comfortable everyday running experience.
The shoe features a Nitrogen-infused Mizuno Enerzy Nxt dual-layer midsole: the upper layer is nitrogen-infused Enerzy Nxt, providing high rebound and soft cushioning; the lower layer is Enerzy Nxt of varying hardness (non-nitrogen-infused) for enhanced stability and support. This is also the first time the WAVE RIDER series has introduced a full-length Mizuno Wave Plate, improving midsole integrity and gait stability.
Featuring a 34.5–42.5mm stack height and an 8mm drop design, it achieves a balance between cushioning and stability. The outsole structure has been updated, and the midfoot width has been increased by 14mm (compared to the previous Wave Rider 29), improving stability without adding weight.
The upper is made of 1BY1 Mesh breathable fabric with a simple and clean design. The heel is wrapped and fitted, providing a stable and comfortable wearing experience.

Suede & Nubuck Material
- Use a soft brush to gently remove dust and stains (brush in one direction until the stain is completely gone).
- Pat with a clean cloth to absorb moisture and maintain the suede's smooth surface.
- Optimal preservation is achieved through dry-cleaning.
- Apply a water repellent spray to safeguard suede.
- Dry in the shade (avoid direct sunlight exposure).
Synthetic Material
- Wipe off dust with a damp cloth or a soft brush.
- Steer clear of potent detergents.
- Let it air dry in the shade.
