HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

For a more pleasant shopping experience, Supersports offers the following detailed online purchasing instructions below

STEP 1: ACCESS THE WEBSITE www.supersports.com.vn

STEP 2: SEARCH FOR FAVORITE PRODUCTS

You can search for your products in 3 ways:

• Refer to the brand and product category on the top Menu bar.
• Search for your needed products directly in the Search box.
• Supersports always has suggestions about Newest Collections, Products, and attractive Promotions on the homepage, which you can directly refer to without searching.

STEP 3: INFORMATION RESEARCH, CHOOSE PRODUCT SIZE & QUANTITY

Read the product information, including:

• Image
• Color
• Size
• Product Description
• Price
• ...

For products with sizes, please click on the Size Guide for measurement guidelines and choose the right size for you. 

Then choose the Size and Quantity of the product you want to buy.

STEP 4: PROCEED ORDER

After completing the product selection:

• If you are ready to place the order, please click BUY IT NOW.
• If you want to see more products, please click ADD TO CART. As soon as you finish, please click the button CHECK OUT to proceed with the order.

STEP 5: ENTER YOUR INFORMATION

On the Order page, please enter all the information, including:

• Contact information: Enter your Email Address.

• Delivery address: Enter the necessary information such as Consignee Name, Delivery Address, and Phone Number.

(*) For customers who already have an account, please log in with the existing one. Your contact information as well as your shipping address will be displayed below. Supersports encourages customers to register an account before shopping to save time and receive promotional notifications.

After filling in all the necessary information, please click CONTINUE TO SHIPPING

STEP 6: CHOOSE MODE OF SHIPPING

On the Shipping page, please review your order information including Order value, Contact, and Delivery address, and return to the previous page to edit (if necessary).

In the Shipping page, we provide you with 2 forms as follows:

• Free shipping with the bill from 699,000 VND (after applying the offer/discount code) and weight under 5kg.
• For invoices under VND 699,000 VND or weighing over 5kg, delivery charges will be calculated based on the distance of the supplier store to the delivery address and the weight of the total products.

(*) The delivery cost will be automatically shown on the product page after the customer enters the shipping address. Please refer to Delivery Policy for more details.

Finally, please click CONTINUE TO PAYMENT.

STEP 7: CHOOSE METHOD OF PAYMENT

On the Payment page, you should enter the necessary information as follows:

• If you need to issue an invoice, please select Export VAT Invoice and enter the information
• If you have a discount Code, please enter it in the Discount Code box

Then, you can choose 1 of 3 payment methods as follows:

• Installment 0 interest via credit card (Applicable for bills from 3 million)
• Prepayment via credit card, Momo e-wallet, ATM card, QR code
• Payment on delivery (COD)

(*) Note: The orders with a value of 20 million VND will be REQUIRED to use the card payment. Please refer to Delivery Policy for more details.

STEP 8: COMPLETE ORDER

After completing the order, you will be redirected to the Order Summary page and receive an Order Confirmation Email. Please recheck your order and contact Supersports if needed.
