DELIVERY POLICY
*Free shipping on orders over VND699,000 (including discount code) and weight under 5kg
**Free shipping for all bills promotions DO NOT APPLY for bill over 5kg (dumbbell, bicycles,...).
*** The delivery hours are from 8 am to 5 pm daily (excluding Sundays, holidays, and other times as announced on the supersports.com.vn)
I. CUSTOMER BENEFITS
To support Customer' benefits during shopping on Supersports, We have an inspection policy on receipt of goods as follows:
- You can ask the delivery staff to open the box for you to check the quantity, color, type, size, appearance of the product before receiving (please be noted that the check only applies to visual inspection and not for product trial usage).
- In case you do not agree to receive the package and the order has COD payment method, you can return the product to the delivery staff at no cost.
- If you do not like the product but have paid online, you can also return the product to the delivery staff at no cost, and please contact the customer care department for assistance on refund.
- In case the delivery staff refuses to let you check the product, please refuse to receive the package and contact the customer service department, we will ask the staff to deliver the package to you again and must let you check the product. Or you can call customer service immediately for immediate assistance.
- In case you are satisfied with the product and agree to buy the product, please sign the agreement. By signing the agreement confirming satisfaction with the delivered product, you confirm that the inspection has been completed.

III. SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping charge is automatically calculated based on the package measurements and the customer's location.
