The product must be in its original condition, with its original packaging and tags attached.
The customer must have order information available from the website.
The product must not have any damage caused by improper storage or handling by the user.
Shoes must be in their original box with the original tags attached. The box must not have any stickers or adhesive tape applied, and the original condition of the product must remain unchanged in any form.
The installment payment method is not eligible for refunds.
