FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE POLICY

1. Applicable Program:

This policy applies to all promotional programs offering gifts based on order value conducted on the Supersports Vietnam website.

2. Terms of Application:

Customers will have the opportunity to receive gifts based on their order value when they meet both of the following conditions:

• Purchase products included in the promotional list.
• The final order value must reach the minimum amount specified for each program.

Each program may apply different order value thresholds to qualify for gifts. Please see the promotion details on the product page or event banners displayed on the Supersports Vietnam website.

3. Notes on Gifts:

• Gifts are available in limited quantities, and the program may end earlier if gifts run out.
• Gifts will automatically appear in the shopping cart at checkout if the order meets the conditions and gifts are still available. Please review your order before making payment.
• If no gift appears in the cart, it means the gifts have run out or your order does not meet the required conditions.
• For gifts with multiple sizes and colors, customers can choose based on the options displayed by the system.
• For gifts with only one color and size, the system will randomly select the gift.
• Gifts cannot be exchanged for different models, colors, or sizes upon request after the order is placed.
• Gifts cannot be converted into cash and are not eligible for exchange or return in any form.
• Gift programs based on order value cannot be combined with other promotional programs.
• In any dispute, the decision of Supersports Vietnam is final.

4. How to Shop to Receive Gifts Based on Your Order Value

• Step 1: Visit the product page with a promotion label on the Supersports Vietnam website. Carefully read the applicable conditions described on the product page such as minimum order value, gift information, and other notes.

• Step 2: Select the correct category and quantity of the product you want to buy, then click "ADD TO CART".

• Step 3: Click on "Shopping cart" to check your order; the gift will automatically appear if your order meets the requirements and gifts are still available.

• Step 4: Click "Pay now" to place your order and receive the gift.
