PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The 1 is Central Retail Vietnam’s loyalty program. Members can enjoy various benefits when shopping at stores and websites under brands including: Supersports, SPEEDO, Crocs, HOKA, Under Armour, Columbia, GO!, Tops, go!, KUBO, and more.
The 1 program currently does not have membership tiers. There is only one membership level called The 1 Member.

ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

All customers shopping at stores and websites under the brands: Supersports, SPEEDO, Crocs, HOKA, Under Armour, Columbia, GO!, Tops, go!, KUBO, and more can register as The 1 Members.
Customers can register as The 1 Members using a new phone number that has not previously existed in Central Retail’s database.
Customers can register for membership through the following methods:

- Quick registration with phone number at the store POS counter.
- Register and complete your profile on the websites of Central Retail brands.
- Register and complete your profile via the The 1 Zalo Mini App.

THE 1 MEMBER BENEFITS

By joining The 1 Membership Program, customers can enjoy the following benefits:

Earn points (200 VND = 1 point) to redeem discounts and attractive vouchers for purchases at Central Retail Vietnam brands.
From 16/06/2026, customers can redeem vouchers on the Apps and Websites of Central Retail Vietnam brands, including Supersports website, Crocs website, and GO App.
From July 2026, in addition to the Apps and Websites mentioned above, customers can redeem vouchers via The 1 Zalo Mini App.
Redeem points (10,000 points = 10,000 VND).
Receive additional bonus points or vouchers through programs such as “New Member Welcome” or Birthday Gifts.

HOW TO EARN POINTS

Customers can easily accumulate points through the following methods:

Make purchases across the omnichannel system of Central Retail Vietnam brands.
Accumulated points will be deducted immediately after redemption.
Accumulated points expire on the last day of the 12th month from the accumulation date. For example, points accumulated from 01/06/2025 to 30/06/2025 will expire on 30/06/2026.

HOW TO REDEEM POINTS

Customers can easily redeem their accumulated points through the following methods:

Use points for direct invoice discounts (points used must be accumulated before the discounted invoice is generated).
Redeem points for vouchers and attractive gifts.
Accumulated points will be deducted immediately after redemption.

To redeem and use points / vouchers / gifts, customers must complete their member profile on Central Retail Vietnam brand websites or The 1 Zalo Mini App.

NEW MEMBER WELCOME OFFER TERMS

Customers can easily redeem their accumulated points through the following methods:

Use points for an instant discount on the invoice (the points used must have been accumulated before the invoice to which the discount is applied is issued).
Redeem points for vouchers and attractive gifts.
Accumulated points will be deducted immediately after use.

To redeem and use points / vouchers / gifts, customers are required to complete their member profile (complete profile) on the websites of Central Retail Vietnam's brands or via The 1 Zalo Mini App.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE “WELCOME NEW MEMBER” OFFER

From 01/08/2026, The 1 Members who complete their member profile (complete profiles) during the applicable period will receive the “Welcome New Member” offer: a VND 200,000 shopping voucher applicable to purchases of VND 2,000,000 or more at Supersports stores nationwide or on supersports.com.vn.

Terms and conditions for the “Welcome New Member” offer:

A shopping voucher worth VND 200,000, applicable to orders of VND 2,000,000 or more.
The shopping voucher is applicable only to customers who have completed all required personal information in their The 1 member profile before the order payment time, from 01/08/2026 until 31/12/2026, or until the allocated vouchers run out, whichever comes first.
The shopping voucher is applicable to purchases at all Supersports stores in Vietnam and on supersports.com.vn.
The shopping voucher is valid for 30 days from the date the customer completes all required personal information in their The 1 member profile and receives the voucher in their account.
Please present the voucher barcode to the cashier or apply the voucher to the shopping cart before making payment.
Each shopping voucher may be used only once for one (01) transaction.
Each customer is entitled to receive a maximum of one (01) Welcome New Member shopping voucher throughout the entire program period.
Screenshots, copies, or any form of reproduction of the shopping voucher will not be accepted.
The shopping voucher is non-transferable and may not be sold, purchased, or shared in any form.
Once issued, the shopping voucher cannot be exchanged, cancelled, extended, refunded, or converted into cash, reward points, or any other form of payment.
The shopping voucher may not be used in conjunction with invoice splitting or combining for the purpose of meeting the program's eligibility requirements.
The shopping voucher cannot be returned or reissued under any circumstances.
Customers will still earn The 1 points on the amount actually paid after applying the shopping voucher.
Supersports Vietnam reserves the right to refuse the application of or revoke the shopping voucher, or suspend the customer's account, if any fraudulent activity is detected.
Supersports Vietnam reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by publicly announcing the changes on its websites/The 1 Zalo Mini App in accordance with applicable laws.

The 1 Membership Program is only applicable to customers who make purchases on supersports.com.vn or directly at Supersports stores in Ho Chi Minh City. Please contact store staff for further details.
