PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The 1 is Central Retail Vietnam’s membership program. Members participating in the program will receive various benefits when shopping at stores and websites under the following brands: Supersports, SPEEDO, Crocs, HOKA, Under Armour, Columbia, GO!, Tops, go!, KUBO…
Currently, the The 1 Program does not have membership tiers and only includes one membership category known as The 1 Member.

ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

All customers shopping at stores and websites under the following brands: Supersports, SPEEDO, Crocs, HOKA, Under Armour, Columbia, GO!, Tops, go!, KUBO... are eligible to register as The 1 Members.
Customers may register for The 1 Membership using a new mobile phone number that has never existed in Central Retail’s database system.
Customers can register for membership through the following methods:
Quick registration with a mobile phone number at in-store POS counters.
Register and complete profile information on the websites of Central Retail brands.
From May 26, 2026, customers can register and complete their profile via The 1 Zalo Mini App.

THE 1 MEMBER BENEFITS

As a member of The 1, customers receive:

Earn points (200 VND = 1 point) to redeem redeem discounts and vouchers for all spending at brands under Central Retail Vietnam.
From May 12, 2026 to June 29, 2026, customers can redeem vouchers on the apps and websites of Central Retail Vietnam brands, including: Supersports website, Crocs website, GO! App.
From June 30, 2026, in addition to the apps and websites mentioned above, customers can also redeem vouchers on The 1 Zalo Mini App.
Redeem points (10,000 points = 10,000 VND).
Receive bonus points or vouchers through programs such as “Welcome New Member” or Birthday Gifts.

HOW TO EARN POINTS

Customers can easily earn points through the following methods:

Shopping transactions across the omnichannel system of brands under Central Retail Vietnam.
Points will be deducted immediately after use.
Points will expire on the last day of the twelfth month from the earning date. For example, points earned from June 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025 will expire on June 30, 2026.

HOW TO REDEEM POINTS

Customers can easily redeem their accumulated points through the following methods:

Use points for direct discounts on invoices (points used must be accumulated before the discounted invoice is generated).
Redeem points for vouchers and gifts.
Points will be deducted immediately after use.

To redeem and use points / vouchers / gifts, customers are required to complete their member information (complete profile) on the websites of Central Retail Vietnam brands (from May 12, 2026) or via The 1 Zalo Mini App (from May 26, 2026).

"WELCOME NEW MEMBER" PROMOTION

From May 12, 2026 to June 29, 2026, The 1 Members who complete their member information (complete profile) during this period will receive the “Welcome New Member” promotion: earn 10x bonus points on the first purchase when shopping at Supersports stores and website.

Terms & Conditions:

The “Welcome New Member” promotion applies to The 1 Members who complete their member information from May 12, 2026 to June 29, 2026, and earn 10x bonus pointson the first purchase when shopping at Supersports stores and website.
Each customer is eligible for the “Welcome New Member” promotion only once.
The promotion is valid for 30 days from the date the customer completes their member information (complete profile).
The “Welcome New Member” promotion cannot be combined with other member promotions.
The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash.
