RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Supersports will apply FREE Return & Exchange Policy for requests arising from August 21, 2023

I. GENERAL INQUIRIES

• Each product can only be exchanged 1 time.
• Only applicable to products purchased on website of Supersports.
• Return of goods will be at the sole discretion of Supersports and will be based on the price at the time of purchase or product of equivalent value.
• Supersports reserves the right to evaluate the returned/ defective item prior to performing any repair or exchange.
• Supersports reserves the right to amend the website's policies and conditions for promotional items and special offers at any time.

II. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Timeto return the goods:

• Full-price products (DOES NOT APPLY promotions and/or discount codes): within 30 days from the date the customer receives the order from the carrier.
• Promotional products (APPLY discount codes and/or direct discounts): within 10 days from the date the customer receives the order from the carrier.

2. Conditions:

The return order will not be accepted by Supersports if it does not meet one of the following conditions

• Unused, unwashed, not laundered, no strange smell.
• Product with intact label, accompanying product box (if any)
• Customers have orders’ information on website
• The goods are not faulty due to the storage and transportation of the user

3. Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Customers are required to contact customer service when there is a need to exchange/return to receive appropriate response.

Step 2: Following the acceptance of your return or exchange request, Supersports' dedicated shipping unit will initiate the retrieval process of the product from the address provided by the customer. (Nationwide applicable)

Step 3: Upon receiving the returned product at our warehouse, Supersports will meticulously assess its condition to determine its eligibility for exchange or return by our established criteria. Subsequently, if there is a customer preference for product exchange, Supersports will expedite the shipping of the replacement item.

(*) Note

• Customers are entitled to a FREE return and exchange service for all products meeting the criteria outlined in the aforementioned policy.
• To facilitate the appropriate handling of product return requests, it is imperative that Supersports issues a pre-authorized Return Authorization. Furthermore, for items purchased through our online platform, the processes of return and exchange are exclusively facilitated via the website supersports.com.vn. This provision is not applicable to instances of return or exchange conducted at physical retail outlets.

4. Time & Method of Refund:

For instances in which customers require returns, Supersports provides the following three methods for obtaining refunds:

• Coupon: After confirming that your returned product is eligible for a refund, Supersports will send you a coupon code equivalent to the value you purchased to continue shopping on the website.https://supersports.com.vn/ via your personal email with the coupon's terms and conditions. Coupon refund time is from 1-2 working days
• Refund via online payment gateway: After Supersports receives the returned product. If you have paid for the order and used credit/debit card payment, you will receive the refund within 7 to 10 working days via the domestic debit card, and can be up to 30 working days for the international credit card; the process is also dependent to customer’s bank.
• Refund via personal account number: In case you pay the order by Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be proceeded within 30 working days from the date of receiving the returned goods.

*** Note: 

• The coupon is only applicable on website, NOT in-store.
• Promotional products are NOT eligible for returns and refunds. 
• In case the product is out of size, Supersports will support you to change to another product of equal or higher value than the old product. (Supersports does NOT refund the difference if you choose a lower-value product).
• In case the product is changed to all sizes but you have not found another product you like, Supersports will refund the coupon with the same value as the product. (Coupon is only applied at website supersports.com.vn, NOT at the store).
• Customers are required to use the Shipping Partner designated by Supersports for goods exchange/return cases, and do not arbitrarily use other Shipping Partners to avoid errors that affect the order control process of Supersports.
• If any conflicts occur, the decision of Supersports will be the final decision.
