1. Footwear
Choosing the right shoe size is crucial to ensure comfort during use. Here's a detailed guide to accurately select shoe sizes:
Prepare Measurement Tools
To ensure accurate measurements, prepare the following tools before proceeding with shoe size measurement:
- A pen
- A ruler or measuring tape
- A piece of white paper larger than your foot
- A pair of socks (if you plan to wear them with the shoes)
Measurement Steps
Step 1: Measure Foot Length
Place your foot, wearing socks if desired, flat on the paper. Ensure your foot remains fixed and doesn't move during this step. Then, use a pen to stand upright and perpendicular to the paper.
Step 2: Mark Foot Measurement
Use the pen and ruler to draw a straight line from the tip to the heel of your foot, then mark the starting and ending points to determine the length of your foot.
Step 3: Determine Foot Size
Continue to use the ruler to measure the two points marked in step 2; the measurement obtained is the length of your foot.
Step 4: Compare with Size Chart
Use the size conversion chart to accurately determine your shoe size.
Here's a Shoe Size Chart for some highlight brands:
(*) Note:
- In the size conversion chart, you can compare foot length (in cm) with the appropriate size according to the US, EU, UK shoe size standards.
- Below the size chart are illustrated instructions on how to measure in detail for you to choose the right shoe size for your foot.
- If the measurement result does not fall within the size conversion chart, you can round up the measurement by adding approximately 0.5cm.
