TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE 1 VIETNAM LOYALTY PROGRAM
1. Program name
“The 1 Vietnam Loyalty Program”, hereinafter referred to as the “Program”.
2. Applicable locations
The Program is valid at all Central Retail Vietnam stores and channels, as well as with Program partners as follows: GO!, Tops, go!, Supersports, Crocs, Dyson, Under Armour, Columbia and Fitflop, KUBO, Nguyen Kim.
3. Eligible participants
Individuals aged sixteen (16) years or older.
4. Membership registration
Members can register to the Program through two (02) methods as follows:
1. Offline registration: Provide the mobile phone number at any cashier counter and verify it with OTP.
2. Online registration: Complete the registration form on Central Retail Vietnam's online channels and verify the mobile number with OTP.
One (01) mobile phone number can register only one (01) account. Upon successful registration, an account/member number with associated barcode (membership barcode) and/or QR code will be created and displayed as part of the customer profile on all Program online channels.
Program online channels are listed as follows: GO! App, GO! Website, Supersports Website, Crocs Website, Fitflop Website, Nguyen Kim Website, The 1 App, The 1 Website, Google Wallet, Apple Wallet.
As a member of the Program, the member agrees and allows Central Retail Vietnam to use the information recorded in the “member profile” and all data related to shopping at supermarkets/stores affiliated with that member to support their operations, for direct marketing activities, statistics, and Program management. All data related to members will be kept confidential in accordance with Vietnamese law.
5. Earning points
The earning rates are as specified below (applied to online and in-person sales channels):
(i) At supermarkets/stores of GO!, Tops, go!, Supersports, Crocs, Dyson, Under Armour, Columbia, Fitflop, and KUBO: Every 200 VND (In words: Two hundred Vietnamese dong) of eligible purchases, the member will earn one (01) point (excluding unrounded change of 200 VND (In words: Two hundred Vietnamese dong) of each payment).
(ii) At stores of Nguyen Kim: Every 400 VND (In words: Four hundred Vietnamese dong) of eligible purchases, the member will earn one (01) point (excluding unrounded change of 400 VND (In words: Four hundred Vietnamese dong) of each payment).
Point earning scheme does not apply to (i) products that are prohibited from promotion according to Vietnamese law, and (ii) certain purchases and payment methods. The exclusion list may be updated and announced from time to time at Central Retail Vietnam’s sole discretion without prior notice.
For offline purchases, points can be earned through two (02) methods:
1. Present the membership barcode/QR code on applicable online channels to the cashier.
2. Providing the registered mobile number to the cashier.
Upon purchase completion, the members are responsible for verifying members’ names on the receipt to ensure the correct point recipient account. Points will be credited to the member’s account within twenty-four (24) hours from the purchase.
For online purchases, members can log in to all Program online channels using The 1 account and make purchases. Points are automatically credited to the member’s account within twenty-four (24) hours after successful payment and delivery of the order.
6. Points redemption
Each point is equivalent to one (01) VND.
Points can be used to:
1. Exchange vouchers on applicable online channels and apply the vouchers when making purchases.
2. Make direct payment at checkout (offline and/or online).
Points redemptions are subject to a minimum points threshold of ten thousand (10,000) points.
Points and vouchers cannot be converted into cash. Once redeemed, exchanged, or transferred, points cannot be refunded in any case.
7. Points expiry
Points earned expire on the last day of the 6th month from the earning date. For example, points earned from 01/6/2025 to 30/6/2025 will expire on 31/12/2025.
8. Modification of personal information
Members are responsible for keeping the profile information accurate and complete, especially mobile phone numbers and mandatory personal information. Incomplete or inaccurate profiles may lead to limited benefits or security risks for the members.
If the member profile is incomplete, the account will not be eligible for point redemption.
If the profile information is inaccurate and not updated, especially the mobile phone number, the profile and associate benefits (points & vouchers) may be accumulated for the new owner of the mobile phone number.
Members can update the information via the aforementioned online channels.
9. Marketing communication
Members can opt out of marketing communication from the companies of Central Retail Vietnam and/or their business partners by contacting the Customer Service Center of Central Retail Vietnam.
10. Other conditions
The Central Retail Vietnam reserves the right to:
(i) Refuse participation for legitimate reasons.
(ii) Prohibit commercial use of membership benefits.
(iii) Withdraw or cancel eligibility for legitimate reasons.
(iv) Modify Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
(v) Terminate the Program with thirty (30) days' notice in advance.
(vi) Assume no responsibility for incomplete or inaccurate member information.
(vii) Use customer information for Program purposes and ensure data confidentiality as per the Members Information Sharing and Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) are effective from February 1st, 2025
