How the BowFlex 552i Weight Adjustment Mechanism Works:
- Rotate the dial at the end of the dumbbell to select the desired weight (from 2 – 24 kg).
- The automatic locking mechanism retains only the necessary plates so you lift exactly the weight you selected.
- When you place the dumbbell back in the tray, you can twist to set the next weight quickly.
