POLICY AND WARRANTY TERMS FOR JOHNSON FITNESS & WELLNESS PRODUCTS

1. Product Warranty

This policy applies solely to products of the Johnson Fitness & Wellness purchased on the Supersports Vietnam website supersports.com.vn.

2. Warranty Period

  • One (01) year for Horizon products.
  • Warranty period starts from the day of installation completion on Delivery Order or other documents signed by two parties.
  • The warranty include service of repair and maintenance (including accessories, spare parts and labors).

3. Warranty Conditions

JOHNSON HEALTH TECH (Vietnam) - the official distributor of Johnson Fitness & Wellness products will directly handle the warranty process for customers when all the following conditions are met:

  • Products purchased on the supersport.com.vn website are confirmed by Johnson Fitness & Wellness to have damages or technical defects arising during the production process or do not fall under the cases listed in (4).
  • Products fall within the warranty period stated in (2) from the completion date of installation based on the agreement/document of delivery and receipt.
  • Customers provide proof of purchase for the product (Successful order confirmation email or Delivery and receipt document).

4. Exclusions from Warranty

We will reject applying the warranty policy for the following cases:

4.1 Damages related to electrical cords, gaskets and parts made of rubber and plastic, including electrical/mechanical parts damaged by sudden power surges or lightning strikes. The buyer is responsible for purchasing/protecting equipment from the above incidents/situations (For example: UPS/voltage stabilizer, ...)

4.2 Any damages caused deliberately to the surface, protective casing of the device.

4.3 Any damages caused by misuse of the product's purpose/function or exceeding the allowed technical specifications of the product (Example: not complying with the prescribed quantity/weight of the device).

4.4 Any damages caused by natural disasters, unforeseen wars, unstable power at the device's location, etc.

5. Warranty Procedure

Step 1: When needing product warranty, customers please contact directly the Customer Service Department of JOHNSON HEALTH TECH (Vietnam) for detailed instructions.

Step 2:
The warranty department will accurately assess the condition of the product and implement the warranty regime according to regulations.

Step 3: After inspecting the product's condition, the warranty department will determine whether the product falls within the warranty scope or not. Then proceed with retrieval, repair/maintenance, or replacement of defective products.

6. Exclusive Warranty

This warranty policy is only valid for Johnson Fitness & Wellness products purchased on the Supersports Vietnam website.

We will not be responsible for any warranty, repair, replacement, or direct/indirect damages to individuals, property,... for all cases where products are not purchased on the Supersports Vietnam website or violate any content of this warranty policy.

7. Note

  • Products under the Johnson Fitness & Wellness brand are only eligible for delivery in 2 cities: Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. For other areas, the Customer Service Department will contact customers to notify the cancellation of orders.
  • Products under the Johnson Fitness & Wellness brand are NOT eligible for any promotions on the Supersports website.
